Short Term Insurance Level 4
This is an FSB requirement for people who will be consulting clients on the best short-term insurance products for their needs. Benefit from gaining insight into the short-term insurance industry and be introduced to a basic understanding of the rules, concepts and principles of the short-term industry.

Regulatory Exam Preparation Workshops
We will help you to prepare for the Fais Regulatory Exams. People working in the financial services industry, which includes short term insurance on personal and/or commercial lines, are legally required to write Regulatory exams in order to gain Fit and Proper requirements.
Short-Term Insurance Products Technical Training
These courses are specifically designed to meet underwriting policy needs or client needs. Training can be arranged on specific cover if so required. Highly qualified and experienced facilitators are used for the training of Corporate and Commercial, as well as Personal lines.
Insurance Claims Administrator (Insurance Claims Assessor)
The purpose of this qualification is to prepare a learner to operate as an Insurance Claims Administrator (Insurance Claims Assessor). An Insurance Claims Administrator (Insurance Claims Assessor) assesses the validity of the claim against the contract in order to determine or recommendwhether to settle or reject a claim and provide comments on risk improvements and moral risks.

Further Education and Training Certificate: Wealth Management:This NQF Level 4 course is a holistic introduction to wealth management and wealth creation, including long-term insurance (such as retirement funds, funeral policies and medical schemes), short-term insurance and collective investments.
Class of Business Training
General and specific introduction to all financial products offered in the Financial Services industry. Required for all Key Individuals and Representatives. Essential for all FSP practitioners working with financial product categories that have come on the market since 1 April 2018, including people appointed to such positions after this date.
